A non-magnetic sensing tube is equipped with a magnetostrictive wire, and a patented pressure magnetic sensor is installed at one end of the magnetostrictive wire. The pressure magnetic sensor sends 10 current pulse signals to the magnetostrictive wire per second and starts timing. The current pulse interacts with the magnetic field of the magnetic float, generating a torsional stress wave on the magnetostrictive wire. This torsional stress wave is transmitted from the position of the float along the magnetostrictive wire to both ends at a known speed. Until the pressure magnetic sensor receives this torsional stress signal, the patented pressure magnetic sensor can measure the time interval between the starting pulse and the returning torsional stress wave, and determine the position of the float based on the size of the time interval. Since the float is always suspended on the liquid surface, and the position of the magnetic float changes with the change of the liquid surface, that is, the time interval size is the height of the liquid surface. Then, through a fully intelligent electronic device, the time interval size signal is converted into a 4-20mA signal proportional to the measured liquid level for output.

(1) Structural composition
The AT100 adopts a standardized design and has an extremely simple structure, consisting of only three parts:
A) 360 degree magnetic float;
B) Sensors (pressure magnetic sensors and sensing tubes);
C) The plastic sealed fully intelligent electronic device is programmable and equipped with a liquid crystal display. It can display the overall liquid level, interface liquid level, and temperature output electrical signals, actual liquid level values, temperature values, and actual liquid level values with offset. This device can be used universally on the AT100, making it easy for users to order spare parts and reduce the amount of spare parts.
