The MicroFlo series impeller flowmeter is used to measure very low flow rates, with a minimum flow rate of 30ml/min and a minimum pipe diameter of 1/8 ". The anti chemical and moisture resistant materials of the MicroFlo series impeller flowmeter are suitable for many chemical feed application requirements.
The MicroFlo series paddle wheel flow meter features an easy to read, 6-digit LCD display that shows flow rate and total cumulative flow. Users can choose or customize programmable scale factors, available in units of US gallons, liters, ounces, and milliliters. The time unit of the digital slurry wheel flowmeter can be selected from minutes, hours, and days. The MicroFlo series paddle wheel flowmeter also has an on-site volume calibration programming system, which allows users to finely adjust the flowmeter for special applications. The digital slurry wheel flowmeter has a convenient collector open circuit alarm output, which is used for automatic dialers, PLCs, or telemetry systems.
The sensor body of the MicroFlo series paddle wheel flowmeter is made of chemical resistant PVDF and has a transparent PVC window that allows observation of liquid flow through the paddle wheel. The process joints of the impeller flowmeter can be made of 1/8 "and 1/4" F/NPT, as well as 1/4 "OD and 3/8" OD pipe diameters.
