The UHS-K series liquid level display controller consists of a sensing transmission device and a display instrument. Widely used in industries such as oil refining, power, chemical, papermaking, food, and wastewater treatment, it can display the liquid level of various media in open and closed containers and underground storage tanks on site, and can also send and output two-wire 4-20mADC standard current signals, which are transmitted to computers, regulators, hydraulic display instruments to achieve the purpose of control, regulation, display, and alarm.
The media being detected and controlled are liquids such as water, oil, acid, alkali, and industrial wastewater. The anti-corrosion type has excellent corrosion resistance to highly corrosive media. Explosion proof type is used in explosive environments.

Working principle of UHS-K series liquid level display controller
The stainless steel tube of the sensor inserted into the device is equipped with a set of precision dry spring chip sets. When the floating ball (cylinder) containing the magnet changes up and down with the liquid level, the dry spring chip set at the corresponding position is connected, and the resistance value changes accordingly. The voltage and current conversion circuit converts the change in resistance value into a change in current. The current signal of this change is directly indicated on site by a wide-angle meter installed at the top of the sensor, and on the other hand, it is output by a two-wire 4-20mADC standard signal and transmitted remotely to the display instrument in the control room. The display instrument performs digital display, liquid level control, and high/low level alarm. The display instrument is equipped with upper and lower limit liquid level control, high and low level alarm knobs, which can be set arbitrarily within the full range.
