FZW20-12/T630A-20 outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum isolation load switch, rated voltage of 12KV, rated current of 630A, rated frequency of 50HZ. It can disconnect and close load current, as well as disconnect transformer no-load current, capacitance current of fixed distance overhead lines, cable lines, and capacitor banks. It has functions such as segmentation, isolation, connection, switching, and protection, and is suitable for overhead distribution lines in urban and rural networks, railways, petrochemicals, etc. It should be noted that this product has the ability to interrupt short-circuit current.
This product is the latest patented product developed by our company and the first of its kind in the country. Its characteristics are: ① using a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, no fire or explosion hazard, and no maintenance required; ② There is a clear visible fracture in the open state, and the isolation knife is linked with the three-phase vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. By coordinating the timing of actions, the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber extinguishes the arc during the breaking and closing process, while the isolation knife does not initiate an arc during the breaking and closing process, completing the function of the composite electrical device; ③ Fully open type. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is wrapped with high insulation performance silicone rubber, which does not require sealing, oil filling, or inflation; ④ Can be used in conjunction with fuses; ⑤ Can interrupt short-circuit current; ⑥ The installation method is mainly vertical installation, but it can also be installed horizontally, manually or electrically operated. The operating mechanism is integrated with the switch body. ⑦ It has simple operation and single handle operation (both equipped with opening and closing function actions).
