Usage Description
The YSG series inductive pressure transmitter can directly indicate the pressure value of the measured medium on site in the production process, and convert the pressure value into a standard DC electrical signal, which is transmitted to the secondary instrument. It has the advantages of intuitiveness, stability, and reliability. Widely used in the production process of various industrial sectors for pressure measurement and signal transmission of liquids, gases, or vapors, to achieve detection and automatic control and regulation of the production process.
Structural principle
The instrument consists of a mechanical indicator pressure gauge, a converter, and an electronic amplifier. The shell is a splash type structure with good sealing performance, which can protect the internal components from dirt invasion.
When the pressure of the measured medium is introduced into the spring tube, elastic deformation displacement occurs. When the tube end is displaced, on the one hand, it is amplified by the transmission mechanism, and the pressure value is indicated on the dial by the indicator device. At the same time, through the displacement rod, the iron core inside the inductance coil is driven to change its position, so that the inductance of the inductance coil changes. It is converted into a DC voltage signal through the electronic circuit, and then converted from voltage current to DC current signal. After amplification by the electronic amplifier, it is output.

The amplifier components are coated with room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which has good corrosion resistance and moisture resistance.
