The HG5-1422-81 anti frost glass level gauge is produced according to the original Ministry of Chemical Industry's HG5-1422-81 standard. This level gauge is used for liquid level indication in low-temperature equipment in industries such as chemical and petroleum. It is equipped with anti frost fins, which allow clear observation of the liquid level in the body through the anti frost fins. The liquid level gauge is equipped with needle valves at both ends. When the glass plate ruptures due to an accident, the needle valves can automatically close under the pressure of the container to prevent a large amount of medium from continuing to flow out of the container. The needle valve adopts a long neck structure, which gives the valve a certain insulation performance and reduces the cooling loss of the valve.

Structural principle:
The application of glass level gauges to measure the liquid level of media is based on the principle of connectivity. In addition to this principle, the anti frost glass level gauge also applies the temperature gradient principle in physics to solve the anti frost problem. That is, when a material that transfers temperature comes into contact with a low-temperature source, the farther away it is from the low-temperature source, the closer its temperature is to the ambient temperature, which effectively solves the anti frost problem. If the thermal conductive material is transparent, this solves the reading problem. The HG5 anti frost level gauge is equipped with two transparent organic glass fins based on this principle, which can display the actual liquid level of the container on the fins.
