Usage and characteristics:
The UQK floating ball water level controller can achieve automatic control of industrial boiler feedwater, and can issue high and low water level alarm signals and low water level interlock protection signals to achieve automatic protection, ensure safe travel, and achieve energy-saving purposes.
There are three specifications of float level controllers: UQK-30, UQK-31, and UQK-32.
The UQK-30 floating ball water level controller (composite control type) has three sets of switch components that can achieve automatic water supply control and high and low water level alarms. It has three functions: a high water level alarm, b normal water level control, and c low water level alarm.
The UQK-31 floating ball water level controller (controller) has two types of switch components. It has two functions: a normal water level control and b low water level alarm.
The UQK-32 floating ball water level controller (alarm type) has three types of switch components. It has three functions: a high water level alarm, b normal water level control, and c low water level alarm.
Working principle and structure
The floating ball water level controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) consists of two main components: the floating ball assembly and the control box. The working principle is that when the cylindrical magnetic steel on the floating ball component is connected to a certain steel component in the control box, due to the repulsive effect of magnetic polarity, the magnetic steel on the magnetic steel component immediately generates a turning angle to drive the mercury switch to turn on or off,
The float material is stainless steel, and the float is made of seamless steel pipe. Except for the mercury switch and magnetic steel in the control box, all other components are made of steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel. Install flange with a diameter of DN25 and make it according to JB79-59.
