I. Overview
The LUGB-90 intelligent vortex flowmeter is a new type of fluid vibration flowmeter based on the Karman vortex principle. It has the advantages of wide measurement range, low pressure loss, stable performance, high accuracy, and easy installation and use; Widely used for measuring the volume and mass flow rate of liquid, gas, and vapor media in closed industrial pipelines.
2、 Functional characteristics and technical parameters of vortex flowmeter
1. Measurement medium: gas, liquid, vapor.
2. Dual row LCD displays both cumulative flow and instantaneous flow simultaneously;
3. Powered by internal lithium batteries, no external power supply required;
4. Micro power consumption design, two+3V lithium batteries can work continuously for more than one and a half years;
5. The sensing element of the sensor does not directly contact the measured medium, and its performance is stable and reliable.
6. The sensor has no movable parts inside, a simple and sturdy structure, low pressure loss, small expansion capacity, and long service life.
7. The range is wide from 10:1 to 15:1.
8. Measurement range: Normal working range, Reynolds number is 20000-700000; The output signal is not affected by liquid temperature, pressure, viscosity, and composition. Possible measurement range, Reynolds number 8000-700000.
9. Accuracy level: Liquid, ± 1.0% of indicated value; Gas, with an indication value of ± 1.0%; Steam, with an indication value of ± 1.5%.
10. Output signal: a. OC gate pulse output; b. Current 4-20mA (two-wire/three wire system).
11. Power supply voltage:+24VDC (provided when signal output is required).
12. Medium temperature: ordinary type a. -40 ℃~+130 ℃; b.-10℃~+250℃;
13. Working pressure: 0-2.5Mpa, flange clamping connection (note: other pressure levels can be provided upon user request, customization is required).
14. Pressure loss: Δ P Δ P=1.079 * 10-6 * ρ * v2 (where Δ P: pressure loss kpa; ρ: The density of the tested medium is kg/m3; V: The flow velocity of the measured medium is m/s.
15. Shell material: carbon steel; Stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti).
16. Specifications (inner diameter of pipeline): 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300 (for diameters larger than DN300, insert type).
17. Environmental temperature -25 ℃~+55 ℃; Humidity ≤ 85% RH.
