The ZBWL-90/99 turbine flowmeter is a new intelligent flowmeter developed using advanced foreign technology, advanced microprocessors, and low-power consumption technology. It has the advantages of low pressure loss, high measurement accuracy, wide range, low pipeline installation requirements, strong anti-interference performance, stable and reliable performance, and good repeatability. It can be widely used for trade measurement of industrial gas and various gases, as well as urban gas and natural gas.
2、 Functional characteristics and technical parameters of turbine flowmeter
1. Measurement media: natural gas, coal gas, nitrogen, compressed air, and other gases.

The ZBWL-90 turbine flowmeter integrates a flow sensor and an intelligent flow integrator to achieve the display and output function of operating flow rate; The ZBWL-99 turbine flowmeter integrates flow, temperature, pressure sensors, and an intelligent flow integrator to achieve temperature/pressure compensation, compression factor correction, and display and output of volumetric flow under standard conditions.
3. Dual row LCD display for cumulative and instantaneous flow rate;
4. The use of imported fully sealed and isolated self-lubricating micro torque bearings greatly improves the service life of the instrument.
5. Adopting E2PROM technology, internal parameters are permanently saved.
6. Wide measurement range, with a range degree better than 15:1;
7. The front straight pipe section only needs to be 3D (D is the inner diameter of the pipeline), and the rear straight pipe section needs to be 1D to ensure the accuracy of instrument measurement.
8. The turbine flowmeter adopts a magnetic resistance sensor, with low initial flow rate, small pressure loss, and excellent anti vibration performance.
