The UQK-2 magnetic levitation ball level gauge mainly consists of three parts: magnetic levitation ball, sensor, and transmitter. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down along the guide tube with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel inside the floating ball attracts the reed switch at the corresponding position in the sensor, causing the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor to change. Then, the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into a 4-20mA current signal output. Alternatively, our company's XMT series digital display controller (or DSB type light column digital display instrument) can be used for remote measurement of the liquid level, and upper and lower limit alarms can be set on the display instrument to achieve positional control of the liquid level, or other regulators can be used to form a liquid level constant value adjustment system to achieve continuous PID adjustment of the liquid level.

In addition to the above functions, the UQK-2 model is also equipped with a 1.5-stage 45C3-A type header at the transmitter head, which adds local indication of the measured liquid level.
