The AMF series electromagnetic flowmeter has two combination forms: integrated and split. The output stage adopts electrical isolation, which can be easily matched with the rear instrument to achieve functions such as recording, controlling, and regulating flow. At the same time, the flowmeter is equipped with an RS485 communication interface, which can be interconnected with a computer.
Each set of products is calibrated with water according to the flow rate required by the order, and usually can be put into use without any adjustments.
working principle
The AMF series electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines, clean water, sewage, various acid-base salt solutions, mud, slurry, pulp, and food related liquids.
The measurement principle of the AMF series electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction; When a conductive liquid cuts magnetic field lines in a magnetic field, the induced potential E generated in the conductor is:
