ZS type steam injector is a hydraulic jet series steam pump, which is a new type of equipment that uses water jet and steam jet to extract gas and obtain vacuum. The centrifugal pump increases the static water pressure, and the pressurized water is sprayed out at high speed from the steam nozzle, reducing the pressure at the nozzle outlet and forming a vacuum. The external gas (liquid) is sucked in and enters the mixing pipe together

The diffusion tube is used in conjunction with a hydraulic injector and has the following characteristics compared to mechanical vacuum pumps:
1. Simple structure, reliable and stable performance, low installation, safe operation, easy maintenance.
2. Large pumping capacity, fast and reliable vacuum formation, no requirements for electrolyte, suitable for various chemical solutions.
3. There are no relative moving parts inside the equipment, which makes it durable and has low transportation costs.
4. Good corrosion resistance, the flower board material is made of cast iron, which is lined with fluorine chloride ethylene plastic, tetrafluoroethylene, and stainless iron to improve the pressure resistance, acid resistance, and corrosion resistance of the steam injector, making it more suitable for corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents of different concentrations.

1. This equipment needs to undergo a water pressure test at 3 kg force/cm2 and drop to 1 kg force/cm2 (gauge pressure) after 5 minutes
2. This equipment needs to undergo an air tightness test at a force of 1 kilogram per square centimeter for 2 hours, with an average leakage rate of no more than 0.2% per hour (excluding the outlet pipe).
3. This equipment should be installed according to the installation design drawings, and the flange connections are not used for supporting weight. The equipment for the hypothetical line section is determined by the process.
