A hydraulic injector is a mechanical device with three effective functions: vacuum pumping, condensation, and drainage. A small amount of uncondensed steam and uncondensed gas also rub against the high-speed jet water flow, mix and squeeze, and are discharged through the expansion tube, creating a higher vacuum inside the chamber. Hydraulic jets are widely used in vacuum and evaporation systems for processes such as vacuum pumping, vacuum evaporation, vacuum filtration, vacuum crystallization, drying, and deodorization. They are equipment widely needed in sugar, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, salt, MSG, milk, fermentation, as well as in light industry and national defense sectors. However, at present, the manufacturer of hydraulic ejector is small and the variety is not complete. For this reason, in recent years, our company has adopted the structure of multi nozzle and steam ring (guide plate) to improve the design, as well as the multi-stage pump to feed water.
