The UQZ-53Z floating ball level transmitter is an extended product of the UHZ-58C medium transmission device. The output of 4-20mA standard current signal can be matched with Type III electric instrument to achieve automatic detection, control and recording of liquid level. Liquid level transmitters are suitable for measuring the liquid level of wastewater treatment and various atmospheric and pressure vessels in industries such as refining, chemical, papermaking, food, and pharmaceuticals. They are particularly ideal for measuring the liquid level of underground storage tanks. The liquid level transmitter is made of stainless steel and anti-corrosion materials, and has explosion-proof and intrinsic safety protection performance

structural principle
The transmitter consists of two parts: a liquid level sensor and a current converter. The float changes synchronously with the liquid level, causing the resistance inside the sensor to change linearly. The converter then converts this resistance change into current and amplifies it to a 4-20mA DC current signal output
