I. Overview
The FZW-15 outdoor AC high voltage vacuum load isolation switch is developed based on national standards such as GB3804.1-90 "3-63kV AC high voltage load switch" and GB1985-89 "AC high voltage isolation switch and grounding switch", absorbing the characteristics of similar foreign products and combining with China's national conditions under the guidance of industry experts. This product can disconnect rated current, close short-circuit current, and has obvious disconnection points, load disconnection, and very reliable power isolation performance. It can be equipped with a manual mechanism or an electric mechanism (the electric mechanism also has manual function), which can be operated locally or remotely.
2、 Usage conditions
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
2. Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+40 degrees, lower limit -40 degrees
3. Wind pressure not exceeding 700Pa
4. Earthquake intensity not exceeding 8 degrees
6. Ice thickness not exceeding 4mm
7. Not suitable for places with flammable, explosive, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration

7、 Main structure and working principle
The three-phase system is installed on the same chassis through pillar insulators, mainly consisting of a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, chassis parts, insulators, main electrical circuit parts, transmission parts, etc. The base part is welded with steel sections and the surface is hot-dip galvanized; The main electrical circuit consists of a main contact, an arc contact, a contact seat, and a conductive plate. All made from electrolytic copper processing, with a special anti-corrosion treatment on the surface; The transmission part consists of a transmission shaft, an insulation rod, a connecting arm, etc. Except for the insulation rod which is made of electric porcelain, the rest are hot-dip galvanized bodies; The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber consists of a vacuum chamber bubble, an arc contact (fork shaped contact), and a quick mechanism. The lower part of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is fixedly connected to the switch static contact side, and the fork shaped contact is fixed to the upper part of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber in a movable axis manner.

The contact area is a circular arc "line contact" structure, with uniform contact pressure and good self-cleaning performance. It operates frequently for a long time and is safe and reliable.
8、 Working principle
The operating mechanism transmits the operating force to the load isolation switch body through the crank arm, and the load isolation switch body rotates through the transmission shaft of the chassis to open and close the load isolation switch. When the load isolation switch is closed, the moving contact first contacts the arc contact (fork shaped contact) and then rotates to drive the fast mechanism inside the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber to quickly close the vacuum chamber bubble (at this time, the moving and stationary contacts of the main circuit of the switch are not in contact). The circuit current is connected, and after continuing to rotate a certain angle, the moving and stationary contacts contact, and the main electrical circuit is connected, completing the closing action. When the switch is opened, the moving contact blade and the stationary contact blade detach, and the current path is from the moving contact blade to the fork shaped contact, the vacuum chamber bubble, and the wiring board. When the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber continues to open to a certain position, the rapid mechanism of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber acts to extinguish the arc in the vacuum chamber bubble, and the load current is disconnected to complete the opening process. 9、 Packaging, transportation, and storage
The packaging method is wooden crate, and the mechanism body, accompanying accessories, and documents (product certificate, user manual) are all packaged in one wooden crate. If the product is not installed immediately after arriving at the destination, it must be placed in a rainproof, dry, and ventilated place. If it is stored for a long time, it should be checked regularly.
