YKDM small pressure controller connected to 2-1 terminal: When the pressure rises to the point of switch switching, 2-1 will disconnect;
YKDM small pressure controller connected to 3-1 terminal: When the pressure rises to the switch, 3-1 is turned on.
Install the controller on the bracket by threading two M4 × 25 screws through the mounting holes of the controller, or directly install the controller on the system interface.
YKDM 016~06, 100~400 products: directly installed on the G1/4 "interface, or equipped with a bayonet joint to connect to a Ø 6 copper tube, and ensure the interface is sealed.
YKDM 1~63 products: Install directly on the M12x1 interface, or use the expansion method to install the copper tube with nuts and sealing bushings, and ensure the interface is sealed.
Connect the control wire to the terminal block according to the wiring diagram and tighten the outlet sleeve.
Adjust the set value (Step 1):
When the pressure rises to the desired upper switching value, turn the set value adjustment screw clockwise to switch the micro switch. At this time, the value in the pressure gauge is the upper switching value, and the lower switching value=upper switching value - minimum switching difference;
When the pressure rises to the desired lower switching value, turn the set value adjustment screw counterclockwise to switch the micro switch. At this time, the value on the pressure gauge is the lower switching value, and the upper switching value=lower switching value+minimum switching difference.
Adjust the switching difference (Step 2):
Adjust the lower switching value according to step one. When the pressure rises to the required upper switching value, turn the switching difference adjustment screw clockwise to switch the micro switch.
Adjustment example (YKDM10 0.1~1.0MPa, set value: 0.7~0.85MPa)
Follow debugging step one: Raise the pressure to 0.7MPa and keep it constant. Rotate the set value adjustment screw counterclockwise to switch the micro switch. At this time, the value on the pressure gauge is about 0.7~0.75MPa, with a minimum switching difference of 0.05MPa. The actual minimum switching difference is ≤ 0.05.
Follow debugging step 2: Raise the pressure to 0.85MPa and keep it constant. Rotate the switch differential adjustment screw clockwise to switch the micro switch. At this time, the pressure gauge shows a value of 0.7~0.85MPa, with a switching difference of 0.15MPa.
After debugging the up and down switching values, tighten the locking screw and debug the switching difference.
Do not loosen internal screws or manipulate internal components during installation and debugging.
There is no corrosive gas present around during storage and use.
