Introduction to ANSI Thermal Flow Meter
A thermal flowmeter consists of a ceramic semiconductor sensor, a temperature sensor, and a control device.
Ceramic semiconductor sensors have the characteristic of actively changing their impedance with changes in ambient temperature.
If the flow velocity of the fluid changes, the surrounding temperature will also change, and the impedance of the ceramic semiconductor sensor itself will change

In order to compensate for the temperature variation of the fluid, the thermal mass flowmeter is also equipped with a temperature compensation sensor.
