I. Purpose

The WLW series oil-free vertical reciprocating vacuum pump has been widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food for vacuum conveying, extraction, distillation, concentration, vacuum packaging, drying, gas analysis, and exhaust gas recovery.

2、 Overview

WLW-B.F.T is an oil-free (corrosion-resistant) vertical reciprocating vacuum pump, which is a mature product jointly developed and continuously improved by our company and research institutions. Its main advantage is that it is an ideal product to replace W-type horizontal reciprocating vacuum pumps. Compared with W-type horizontal reciprocating vacuum pumps, it has the following advantages:
1. Energy saving (33%), water saving (50%), and land saving (66%).
2. Oil free lubrication can achieve clean vacuum and facilitate the clean recovery of exhaust gas.
3. The axial device of the air valve has a long service life (4-10 times).

6. The WLW-B series adopts a dual channel sealing structure and PTFE sealing material, which can withstand various organic solvents.
