The UHZ series flip column magnetic float level gauge uses a magnetic float as the measuring element and a magnetic steel driven flip column display, without the need for energy. Suitable for various environments ranging from low temperature to high temperature, vacuum to high pressure, etc. It is an ideal liquid level measurement product for industries such as petroleum and chemical.
The magnetic float level gauge is equipped with upper and lower limit switches for output, which can achieve remote alarm and limit control. Configure the transmitter to achieve remote indication, detection, and control of liquid level. According to the different installation positions on the container, two methods are provided: side installation and top installation. According to different media, two materials are provided: stainless steel and ABS engineering plastic; ABS is particularly suitable for corrosive media such as acids and alkalis.
The UHZ series flip column magnetic float level gauge has the following structural characteristics:
1. Basic type
According to the principle of buoyancy, the float in the measuring tube moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when it falls, it changes from red to white, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
2. Upper and lower limit switch output
By using a magnetic float to move with the liquid level, the reed switch installed at the set position of the liquid level gauge riser is activated to achieve on-off control or alarm.
3. Electric remote transmission
Install a transmitter on the magnetic float level gauge. The transmitter consists of two parts: a sensor and a converter. It moves up and down through a magnetic float and uses magnetic coupling to sequentially move the measuring elements inside the conduit, obtaining changes in resistance signals and outputting standard current signals of 0-10 or 4-20mA for connection with digital display instruments or computers to achieve remote display and control.

4 System composition and wiring:
1. Output of upper and lower limit switches (see Figure 5)
Composed of a self retaining reed switch and a converter, the reed switch and converter are installed on site and in the control room respectively, with 3 pairs of contact switches provided by the converter.
2. Electric remote transmission (see Figure 6)
It consists of two parts: the measuring unit and the transmitting unit.
3. Intrinsic safety explosion-proof type (see Figure 7)
