The GW7A series isolation switch is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical appliance with a three column horizontal double break structure. Used for switching high-voltage lines under no-current conditions and electrically isolating high-voltage busbars, circuit breakers, and other electrical appliances under maintenance from voltage carrying lines.
The GW7A series outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is operated by a CJ6-XG motor mechanism, the attached Type I grounding switch is operated by a CS17-G manual operating mechanism, and the Type II grounding switch is operated by a CS9-G manual operating mechanism. The grounding switch (Type II) of GW7A-500D is operated by CJ6-XG electric motor mechanism or CS9-G manual mechanism. CS17-G manual mechanism operation. 145 and 220KV are three-phase linkage; 330 and 500KV are single-phase operations, and when equipped with an electric mechanism, three-phase electrical linkage can be achieved through a control box.
The GW7A series outdoor high-voltage isolation switch can be equipped with grounding switches on one or both sides. The switch body is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device, which can ensure the correctness of the operation sequence of the isolation switch and the grounding switch. GW7A-220D (W) passed the three-phase dynamic thermal stability test at KEMA in the Netherlands.
