UHM-LS floating ball pulley type liquid level gauge (magnetic transmission machine)
Range: L1=L2
Float diameter: ¢ 125~160mm
Working Principle:
A floating ball with a certain quality value and a heavy weight (indicator) with a certain quality value are fixed at both ends of a cable, vertically suspended on pulleys with fixed support seats. When the floating ball moves vertically with the liquid surface, the heavy weight at the other end moves in the opposite direction, and the distance of movement is equal.
Installation precautions:
Install a ruler frame bracket vertically below the cable outlet and weld it to the tank. During welding, it should be noted that the ruler frame groove should be on the same vertical line as the level gauge cable, with a deviation of no more than 5 degrees in front, back, left, and right directions.
guide:
Two stainless steel wire ropes are fixed as guide rails for the floating ball on the upper flange and lower tank bottom, and a certain tension can be maintained during installation.
Operation Method:
After entering the tank, the operator tightens the cable until the indicator on the other end of the cable is at the "0" position (upper end of the ruler frame); Then thread the cable through the hole of the float and tie it tightly.
Inspection after installation:
When lifting the float up to one meter high, the indicator outside the tank should be at the "1" meter mark on the scale. When lifting the float up to the highest range, the indicator should also be at the corresponding position on the scale (lowest point).
Magnetic transmission CCD

UHM-LS floating ball pulley type liquid level gauge (magnetic transmission machine) model and labeling method:
CCD 100-1.0-120-500
500- represents the nominal volume of the mixing kettle (L)
120- represents the design temperature (℃)
1.0- represents design pressure (Mpa)
100- represents this torque (N · m)
CCD stands for the first letter of the Chinese Pinyin for magnetic transmission devices
