The GW4-20 series AC high voltage isolation switch consists of three single-phase components, which have a double column structure and are mainly composed of bottom and pillar insulation and conductive parts. The first phase has two insulated pillars installed on the bearing seats at both ends of the base, connected by cross connecting rods, and can rotate horizontally. The conductive switch is divided into two halves and fixed on the pillar insulator respectively, with the contact point between the two ceramic pillars.
When the operating mechanism is activated, it drives one post of the insulator to rotate 90 degrees, and the other insulating post also rotates 90 degrees simultaneously due to the transmission of the connecting rod, so the switch blade opens and closes in the same direction. To ensure the correct operation sequence between the isolation switch and the grounding switch, a mechanical interlocking device is installed on the product or mechanism to ensure the sequential action of main opening ground closing ground opening main closing.
