UFR-68-T00 float level gauge is a level instrument for continuous measurement of liquid level, widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and power with Class II A, B, and C T1 to T5 explosive gases. The UTD series electric float level transmitter has two models, analog and intelligent. The analog UTD-0 is developed using various foreign instrument specialties and combined with specific domestic conditions. The instrument has high reliability and strong anti-interference ability. The transmitter is processed by a microprocessor for signal processing, with a wide range adjustment and the zero point can be freely shifted. It has functions such as fault self diagnosis and bidirectional communication.

structural principle
The transmitter consists of three parts: detection, conversion, and transmission.
Detection section: It is designed according to Archimedes' law. When the liquid level of the measured liquid changes, the volume of the float immersed in the liquid is proportional to the float. Therefore, detecting the buoyancy acting on the float indirectly measures the height of the liquid level.
Conversion part: The float is immersed in liquid and subjected to buoyancy, which is transmitted through a torque tube and a torque rod, causing the differential transformer to output corresponding voltage signals.
Transmission section: The circuit board converts and amplifies the input voltage signal, and outputs a standard 4-20mA current signal. The intelligent instrument converts the input voltage signal through A/D conversion and sends it to the microprocessor, which then processes it into a corresponding 4-20mA analog signal and communicates with the DCS host using the HART protocol.
