Structural principle of top mounted magnetic flip column float level gauge:
The UQZ series float level gauge consists of three parts: basic type, level alarm, and level remote transmission device. The basic type is developed based on Archimedes' theorem and the principle of repulsion and attraction of magnetic materials. According to the above principle, the liquid level change is linearly transmitted to the liquid level indicator. Red represents the liquid phase and white represents the gas phase, thus achieving the purpose of on-site liquid level measurement. The alarm is based on the characteristics of the magnetic steel mentioned above, and uses a non-contact alarm switch to switch the starting point to operate according to the given liquid level value, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid level control. The alarm switch is installed at the required control position of the liquid level gauge, and the converter is installed in the control room. The remote transmission device also linearly converts the change in liquid level into a DC 4-20mA current signal based on the characteristics of magnetic steel, and transmits it remotely. It is matched with secondary instruments to achieve remote measurement, recording, and control of liquid level.
Measurement principle of top mounted magnetic flip column float level gauge:
The operating principle of this instrument is the bypass pipeline liquid measurement principle. The measuring tube serves as a bypass container connected to it, so that the various conditions inside the measuring tube are the same as those inside the container. Install a permanent magnet system inside the float to transmit measurement values to the indicator through magnetic coupling. A linear scale strip is installed on the indicator. When the liquid level changes, the magnetic system inside the float drives the magnetic flap or float to indicate the corresponding liquid level value in the container.
Installation, use, and maintenance of UQZ-55 top mounted magnetic flip column float level gauge:
The installation of the liquid level gauge protective conduit must be kept vertical.
When installing the liquid level gauge, the connecting rod must not be bent and must be installed straight.
After the installation of the liquid level gauge is completed, the magnetic flip column of the indicator needs to be guided once with the attached magnetic steel. Make the indicator above zero position white and the indicator below zero position red (referring to the situation where there is already liquid in the tank, the part with liquid indicates red, and the part without liquid indicates white)
