Product Overview:
The J-ZR series plunger metering pumps are mainly reciprocating plunger pumps and piston pumps, which can be divided into various types such as single cylinder, double cylinder, and triple cylinder according to the number of cylinders of the pump.
This pump can be widely used in industries and technology sectors such as petroleum, chemical, textile, food, papermaking, atomic energy technology, power plants, plastics, pharmaceuticals, water plants, environmental protection, etc. Used to accurately and quantitatively transport liquids without solid particles into pressurized or atmospheric vessels and pipelines. Its flow rate can be infinitely adjusted from 0-100% when it is turned on (or fixed). According to the characteristics of the metering pump, the minimum stroke is generally not less than 10% of the total stroke. Single cylinder pumps are suitable for situations with a single liquid; Double cylinder pumps can be used as proportional pumps or in parallel; A three cylinder pump can be used as a three proportional pump or in parallel with three cylinders to achieve a larger displacement, increase the pulse frequency of the liquid, and promote continuous and smooth liquid addition; A six cylinder pump can achieve twice the effect of a three cylinder pump.
This type of pump can deliver liquid media with a temperature range of -30 ℃ to 100 ℃ and a viscosity of 0.3-800mm2/s, free from corrosive or non corrosive liquids such as solid particles.
Different models of metering pumps can be equipped with variable frequency motors (capable of receiving 4-20mA current signals) or explosion-proof motors according to usage requirements.

Structural principle:
1. Pump structure: The pump consists of three parts: motor, transmission box, and cylinder body.
2. The transmission box components consist of a bow shaped connecting rod cam mechanism, a stroke adjustment mechanism, and a speed ratio worm gear mechanism
form; By rotating the adjustment handwheel to achieve high adjustment stroke, the distance between the front and rear of the bow shaped connecting rod can be changed from the surface to achieve the purpose of changing the stroke of the plunger (piston).
3. The cylinder components consist of a pump head, a suction valve group, a discharge valve group, a plunger, and packing seals.
4. Working principle: The motor drives the worm through the coupling and reduces the speed of the worm wheel, causing the main shaft and eccentric wheel to rotate and move back and forth. The sliding adjustment seat of the bow shaped connecting rod is driven by the eccentric wheel. Along with the diaphragm, the one-way valve gradually forms a vacuum in the pump chamber, and the suction valve opens to suck in liquid; When the diaphragm moves towards the dead center, the suction valve closes and the discharge valve opens, and the liquid is discharged under the push of the diaphragm. By adjusting the reciprocating stroke of the pump, a continuous pressure and quantitative discharge of liquid is formed.
5. Flow regulation characteristics: The flow regulation of the pump relies on rotating the adjustment handwheel to drive the adjustment screw to rotate, thereby changing the spacing between the bow shaped connecting rods and changing the movement stroke of the diaphragm in the pump chamber to determine the flow rate. Adjusting the scale of the handwheel determines the travel of the diaphragm, with an accuracy of 95%
