The JZJX series Roots rotary vane unit is a pumping unit composed of a ZJ type Roots pump as the main pump and a single-stage or two-stage rotary vane pump as the front pump. This unit has the characteristics of high vacuum degree and wide pumping speed range, making it suitable for extracting dry and clean gases. When equipped with a gas ballast device, it is also possible to extract gases containing small amounts of water vapor.
