Technical Indicators:
1. Drive voltage: 220VAC (or 12V, 24V, 110V)
2. Power consumption: 5VA (only during valve opening and closing process)
3. Valve body pressure: 1.6MPa
4. Allowable pressure difference: 0.6MPa
5. Applicable media: cold water, hot water
6. Opening and closing time: 16 seconds
7. Applicable medium temperature: 1-95 ℃
8. Applicable ambient temperature: 0-65 ℃
9. Connection method: Conical inner tube screw thread (can also be customized according to user needs)
Structural features:
1. Equipped with a built-in contact switch, the motor is not powered after the valve opening and closing process is completed, resulting in a long lifespan, energy efficiency, and special safety.
2. The valve body is separated from the driver and can be quickly disassembled.
3. The valve body structure is unique, allowing for a large pressure difference.
4. The driver has a manual control lever for system debugging and maintenance, with a manual opening of about 70% (push the white manual lever downwards to the bottom position and push inward, and when the power is restored, the valve and driver return to the automatic position).
5. The B-type driver has a built-in relay, one line control, and can be equipped with a three speed switch to achieve multi valve parallel connection.

Installation diagram
Installation and debugging requirements
1. Please read the instruction manual carefully before installation. It must be installed by professional technicians and wired strictly according to the wiring diagram.
2. The flow direction of the two-way electric valve medium can be from A to B, or from B to A; the flow direction of the three-way electric valve medium can be from AB to A or B.
3. The driver can be installed at any angle, but it must be above the level of the valve body.
4. Never apply force to the drive during installation, otherwise it may damage the drive.
5. Never apply force to the valve stem when removing the valve body for installation, otherwise the valve stem may deform and cause water leakage.
6. This valve cannot be equipped with a three speed switch, only with a mechanical or electronic thermostat.
7. When debugging, it is necessary to observe whether the driver can reliably start or stop. If it continues to move up and down continuously, the driver must be replaced, otherwise the sealing life of the valve stem will be very short.
8. When the pull rod is in the upper position, manual operation can be used. By pushing the white manual pull rod downwards to the middle position and inward, the valve can be opened. Manually restore the valve to the closed position by gently lowering the white manual lever and pulling it out. When the power is restored, the valve and driver return to the automatic position.
Note:
If the valve is driven open by a motor, it cannot be manually closed unless the driver is removed.
To avoid trouble during product operation, the entire system should be flushed and a 50 micron (or finer) filtration device should be installed in the system before installation.
Repair and Maintenance
1. If the valve is leaking, the fluid should be drained or isolated from the system.
2. Check if the valve core component needs to be replaced.
3. If the drive does not work or moves up and down continuously, the entire drive should be replaced.
Important Warning
1. Before installation, repair, and maintenance, the power must be cut off first.
2. When replacing the valve body or valve core, the fluid must be cut off first, and the air disc exhaust valve must be opened to completely relieve pressure before operation.
3. If the valve leaks during use, it must be immediately isolated from the system and drained of fluid.
4. Choose a regular drive head, each thermostat can only be equipped with one electric valve
