1、 Purpose and scope of use
XZ type vacuum pump is a rotary vane oil sealed single-stage vacuum pump. The basic equipment used to extract gas from sealed containers to obtain vacuum.
This pump can be used for various vacuum operations such as air conditioning, refrigeration equipment repair, medical instrument suction devices, printing machinery, vacuum packaging, vacuum vacuum vacuum forming, physical and chemical experiments, and small devices that require a vacuum environment. It can also be used as a front-end pump for small oil booster pumps, oil diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc.
This pump is not suitable for extracting gases that corrode ferrous metals, react chemically with pump oil, contain particulate dust, and toxic gases with high oxygen content and explosive properties. It cannot be used as a transfer pump (i.e. pumping from one container to another).

2、 Operating instructions for XZ type direct vacuum pump
1. Check the oil level and fill it to the center of the oil gauge when stopping the pump. Low pressure does not allow the exhaust valve to function as an oil seal, affecting the vacuum pump efficiency. Excessive pressure can cause the pump oil to splash outwards with the exhaust port, resulting in an increase in oil level during operation. This is a normal phenomenon, and the oil should be cleaned with the specified grade of vacuum pump oil. The oil should be filtered to prevent debris from entering and blocking the oil hole.
2. Check the maximum vacuum pressure of the pump. The maximum vacuum pressure we have marked is the root limit pressure, which should be based on the compression mercury vacuum gauge (as specified by national standards). Other vacuum gauges measure the total partial pressure of gas and vapor, so the ratio can only be used as a reference.
3. The pump is powered by a single-phase power supply. Once the power is turned on, the pump can start working, but it is not suitable for long-term heavy exhaust. After exhausting, air should be injected into the pump to maintain balance in all parts of the pump.

3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Keep the pump clean to prevent debris from entering the pump. After prolonged use, the pump oil may become dirty and must be replaced. When replacing, unscrew the oil proof screw, drain the dirty oil, and then tighten the oil drain screw. Add clean vacuum pump oil to the center line of the oil mark.
When the pump is not working (parked), the air inlet should be blocked to prevent debris and dust from entering the pump.
3. After the pump has been working for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the pump oil is still at the midpoint of the oil gauge. If it is insufficient, oil should be added. If the pump oil is found to be decomposed or has debris, it should also be replaced.
If the vacuum degree is found to be abnormal during the operation of the pump, it should be disassembled and repaired. But it needs to be carried out under the guidance of experienced personnel.
