Overview
AW pneumatic actuators are divided into double acting and single acting (spring reset) types, with two split cylinders, dual pistons, and a fork type transmission structure. They are easy to manufacture large-sized cylinder bodies, have high output torque, and operate flexibly and smoothly; The inner wall of the cylinder and the piston rod are plated with hard chromium, which has good wear resistance; All sliding components are equipped with oil-free lubricated bearings and guide rings to reduce friction coefficient and extend service life. The U-shaped curve characteristic output torque of AW pneumatic actuators is more suitable for opening and adjusting large caliber ball valves and butterfly valves, and can also be used in other 90 ° rotation situations.
