Overview
The UQZ-58D series top mounted magnetic float level gauge (hereinafter referred to as the level gauge) is used to measure the liquid level of the medium in the container during the production process. It is a top mounted multifunctional liquid level gauge that can be used for on-site indication, remote digital display, alarm and control, as well as for corrosive media and explosion-proof working environments. Equipped with a remote transmitter, it outputs 4-20mADC standard electrical signals and can be matched with DDZ-III electric unit combination instruments for industrial production automation control systems. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and light industry.
The liquid level gauge is manufactured according to the HG/T21584-95 standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (UHZ series indicating magnetic float liquid level gauge).

structural principle
The basic liquid level gauge cylinder is equipped with a magnetic float, which moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid in the container, and uses magnetic coupling transmission to synchronously drive the liquid level indicator, thereby achieving on-site indication of the liquid level.
The total resistance value of the measurement circuit of the remote transmitter changes correspondingly with the magnetic induction effect of the magnetic float that rises and falls with the liquid level, and after amplification and processing by the electronic module, it is converted into a 4-20mADC standard electrical signal and transmitted remotely to the secondary instrument (indicating, recording or controlling instrument).

The alarm is driven by the magnetic coupling transmission effect, which drives the follower components in the alarm to activate the proximity switch to achieve liquid level alarm and control.
Overall dimensions
The basic liquid level gauge is equipped with a liquid level remote transmitter and alarm, as shown in Figure 1 for its appearance and dimensions.
Install
The basic level gauge adopts JB/T82.2-94, DN150mm, PN1.6MPa or PN2.5MPa flat flange installation. The flat flange with the same standard and specification is configured by the user on the top of the process vessel and storage tank.
Wire entry connector for remote transmitter and alarm: M20 × 1.5 internal thread connector.
