Introduction to WYLG series throttling flowmeter

Throttle flowmeter is currently the most common flow meter used in industrial production to measure gas, liquid, and steam flow rates. The throttling flow meters produced by the company include corner joint pressure measurement, flange pressure measurement, D-D/2 diameter distance pressure measurement, ISA1932 nozzle, long neck nozzle, and Venturi tube. In addition to the standard throttling devices mentioned above, the company also provides various special throttling components, such as 1/4 round nozzles, circular orifice plates, double orifice plates, built-in orifice plates, and uniform velocity tube flow sensors.

Product Technical Specifications

Working Principle:
The fluid filled in the pipeline flows through the throttling device inside the pipeline, and the flow beam will form local contraction at the throttling element, thereby increasing the flow velocity and reducing the static pressure. As a result, a static pressure difference (or differential pressure) will be generated on both sides of the throttling element upstream and downstream. The greater the flow velocity of the fluid, the greater the differential pressure. Therefore, the flow rate of the fluid passing through the throttling device can be measured by measuring this differential pressure. This measurement method is based on the law of conservation of energy and the flow continuity equation. Measure the static pressure difference with a differential pressure transmitter, and after secondary instrument conversion, measure the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate.
