Product Overview:
1. Purpose:
Jet pump is currently the best vacuum acquisition device in engineering, suitable for various occasions such as distillation, evaporation, concentration, drying, crystallization, absorption, mass transfer, condensation, refrigeration, deoxygenation, oxygen supply, transportation, and waste treatment. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, printing and dyeing, leather making, environmental protection and other fields, and is an emerging vacuum acquisition equipment. 2、 Characteristics:
Simple structure, reliable performance, low energy consumption, low noise, and easy comprehensive utilization. Due to the lack of reciprocating components, it has a long lifespan and is easy to manage and maintain. Compared with similar mechanical vacuum pumps, it is cheaper and can save a lot of oil and electricity.

3、 Working principle:
A water jet pump consists of four parts: a nozzle with variable cross-section, a mixing section composed of variable cross-section and equal cross-section, a diffusion section with variable cross-section, and a spherical mixing chamber.
A working fluid with a certain pressure is ejected at high speed through a nozzle, converting pressure energy into velocity energy. A vacuum is formed in the outlet area of the nozzle to extract the injected medium. Two unequal amounts of medium enter the mixing section for mixing, oscillation, and conversion of various physical quantities. Finally, they enter the diffusion section to reduce velocity energy to pressure energy, which is slightly higher than atmospheric pressure and discharged. Due to the continuous phase of the jet fluid, the formation of a vacuum state is also a stable continuous phase.
