WMY type input type liquid level transmitter
The WMY type diffusion silicon input type liquid level transmitter is a two-wire system, with 4-20mADC output and 24VDC DC power supply. The parts in contact with the medium are all made of stainless steel and can be directly installed on the measuring pipeline. It is extremely convenient to use and widely used for liquid level measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, food, water conservancy, urban water supply, and oil fields. 2、 Working principle
Measurement principle using static pressure method
When the liquid level transmitter is inserted into a certain depth of the measured liquid, the pressure on the sensor facing the liquid level is: P=p.g.H+P·
In the formula:
P: Pressure exerted on the liquid surface of the sensor, unit: Pa
p: Density of the tested liquid, unit: kg/m3
g: Local gravity acceleration, unit: m/s2
P ·: Atmospheric pressure on the liquid surface, unit: Pa
H: Depth of liquid input into the sensor, unit: m
At the same time, the atmospheric pressure P · on the liquid surface is introduced into the back pressure chamber of the sensor through an air guiding cable to counteract the P · on the liquid surface of the sensor, so that the pressure measured by the sensor is: P=p.g.H
Obviously, by measuring the pressure P, the liquid level depth H can be obtained. The pressure signal sensed by the sensor is converted and amplified by the circuit, compensated, and output as a standard signal.

4、 Debugging method:
Unscrew the protective cover to see the zeroing and full range resistors. Connect an external standard power supply and ammeter (0.2 poles or more) to adjust them. The steps are as follows:
In the absence of liquid in the transmitter, adjust the zero point resistor to output a current of 4mA
Add liquid to the transmitter to full range, adjust the full range resistor to output a current of 20mA
Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal.
After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.
