GW4-72.5GW (D) type outdoor AC high voltage isolation relationship double column three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high voltage switchgear is used in power systems with voltages ranging from 10 to 220KV, for the purpose of closing circuits with voltage and no load, and for the electrical isolation of high-voltage busbars, circuit breakers and other electrical equipment under maintenance from live high-voltage lines. The GW5, GW4-72.5GW (D) series outdoor high-voltage isolating switches have the following varieties:

Structural characteristics:
The GW4 outdoor AC high voltage isolation switch is a three-phase double column, horizontal opening structure, mainly composed of a base, post insulators, and conductive parts. Two post insulators are installed on the bearings at both ends of the base, connected by connecting rods, and can rotate horizontally. The main switch blade is divided into left and right parts, which are respectively fixed on the two post insulators, and the contact part of the contact is between the two posts. When the operating mechanism is activated, it drives one of the connected insulators to rotate 90 degrees, and the other insulating pillar also rotates 90 degrees simultaneously due to the transmission of the connecting rod, so the left and right brake blades open and close in the same direction. The product is divided into two types: ordinary type and stain resistant type, among which the stain resistant type can be used in Class III polluted areas.
2. According to user needs, the grounding knife equipped with the product is assembled on the rotating shaft of the base. The static contact is installed on the main electrical system pole, and there is a mechanical interlock between the grounding switch and the isolation switch, which can ensure the sequential action of the main switch to ground and the ground switch to main switch. (Power distribution mechanism can be used as needed)
3. The isolation switch is made in a single pole form and can form a three pole linkage through inter pole connections. This switch can also be used single pole as needed.
When the isolating switch is equipped with CS17 manual mechanism, one non grounded mechanism is equipped, two single grounded mechanisms are equipped, and three double grounded mechanisms are equipped. At the same time, CS14-G and CJ6 (electric mechanism) are also available for users to choose from.
